PogoPaws is a one-on-one private Home-based salon. Booking your pet means you must be able to drop off on time and pick up right away when notified. On the day of your pet's appointment, please send me a text you've arrived and I will come outside to greet you! At drop off/pick up you may park in front of the driveway at 3358 Del Rey Drive, San Bernardino CA, 92404
Cancellation
Emergencies do happen so I do understand you may not be able to bring your pet to an appointment but please communicate with me ASAP so I don’t drop you as a client from future appointments.

You will not be charged a fee if you reschedule your appointment instead of fully canceling. However, if you cancel with no plan to reschedule I will keep it on record and charge $20 fee for future appointment if booked.
No Call/No Show
If you NO call/NO show once and never communicate with me after several days/weeks have passed, I won't be able to accept you as a client for further bookings.
If you NO call/NO show but contact me within a reasonable amount of time, I will continue to keep you as a client but will charge an extra fee ($20) on top of the next appointment.

Weekend appointments will have a much higher NO call/NO show fee ($50) as it is a very in-demand booking that many clients need.
Matted Hair
De-matting fees are added if the pet needs more than a couple tangles brushed out or if a full body shave down is necessary. This will be determined upon the start of the appointment. Matting can be serious if tight to the skin and can only be relieved by shaving off with the shortest blade possible. It will add extra 30-60mins to the appointment time so it is best to disclose if your pet is matted during booking.
It is important to know there can be red skin irritation, hematomas or bruises from the tight hair pulling on the skin and is common when matts are shaved off.
The best way to avoid matting is proper brushing at home 2-3x a week and getting your pet on a scheduled grooming routine. For example: appointments every 4-6 weeks so I can help maintain the skin and coat health.
